Congratulations on your upcoming wedding or special event. We would like to take the opportunity to introduce our two waterfront locations Windows on the Lake and Beach Club Estate, which are both located on Long Island in Lake Ronkonkoma.

Our locations feature fabulous waterfront chapels romantic sunsets, breathtaking water views, manicured gardens, waterfalls and more.

We recognize the growing need for the expansion of menus and cuisines to accommodate many different international groups with religious, as well as ethnic and dietary needs. Our expert chefs can prepare succulent presentations and dishes from around the world. From Glatt kosher catering partners who operate within the strictest standards of supervision to menus with preparations using Halal meats featuring middle eastern dishes. We also cook many regional Mediterranean cuisines, specialties of the Caribbean as well and many Hispanic specialties. We also have catering partners to assist us with Indian and Pakistani specialties, as well as Korean, Thai, Chinese and other Asian menus.

The grand ballroom has majestic views of this picture perfect lakeside setting and a spacious dance floor with built in surround sound speakers joined with house entertainment creating a magnificent effect .

Conveniently located just off the Long Island Expressway and minutes from the LIRR, both of our locations are easy to get to, whether your guests are travelling from the East or the West.
